What we collect

When you fill out our quote or contact forms, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email, phone number and project details. These forms are processed by our form provider, Tally (tally.so). We also collect basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, to help us understand how the site is used. If you give us your email for news and updates, we keep it for that purpose.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to quote requests and prepare estimates, to produce and deliver your order, and to send you updates you've asked for. We never sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

The Avismo website itself does not set tracking cookies. Some third-party services we embed on the site — Google Fonts, Tally forms, background video hosted on Pexels, and a Meta/Facebook pixel we use to measure advertising performance — may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Sharing

We only share your information with the service providers we need to run the site and fulfil your order — for example Tally, our hosting provider, and shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL.

Retention & security

We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to complete your order and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Just email info@avismo.ca.
